DMCA And Copyright

Your work, your call.

NuCuties respects copyright. If a clip on the site belongs to you and was published without permission, send a DMCA notice and it will be taken down once the notice is confirmed, usually within a short time.A valid notice names the work you own and the address of the clip on NuCuties, gives your contact details and includes a statement made in good faith that the use is not authorized, signed by you or your agent. Notices with all of that are handled fast. Uploaders who think a clip was removed by mistake can file a counter notice, and repeat infringers lose access to the site.
