Age Records Statement

Records are kept.

NuCuties does not produce any of the clips it shows. Every video comes from an outside producer who certifies that each performer was an adult on the day of shooting and who keeps the documents behind that certification.US federal law requires producers of explicit material to verify the identity and age of each performer and to keep that proof on file. NuCuties hosts only material from producers bound by that rule, so the records stay with them. If you believe a clip shows someone under the age of majority, report it through the contact page and the video is pulled while the report is checked.
